Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Heaps O Wins collects, why we collect it and the choices you have. It applies to every page on this website and was last updated in October 2026.
Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to run the site: anonymous usage analytics such as pages viewed, approximate region, browser type and referring page. If you submit a review or a comment, we store the name and email address you provide so we can moderate and, if needed, reply to your message.
How we use information
- To display submitted reviews and comments after moderation
- To measure aggregate traffic and improve page performance
- To respond to questions sent through our contact forms
We do not sell personal data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we never publish email addresses.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working, for example remembering whether you have closed a notice. Anonymous analytics cookies help us understand which reviews are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to any content.
Third-party services
Some pages embed content from third parties such as YouTube. When you load such an embed, the provider may receive your IP address under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any embedded services.
Data retention and your rights
Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Send requests to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
